Ghada Embarek, born in Giza in 1966, is an artist deeply influenced by both Eastern and Western cultures. A graduate of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek, she has exhibited internationally, including the 11th Florence Biennale, and in major local exhibitions. She participated in the General Exhibition for seven consecutive years, further establishing her presence in the Egyptian art scene. Embarek has also collaborated with the European Union, teaching home decoration in Sinai. Her work is featured in collections worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art in Cairo. With seven solo exhibitions to her name, her latest was held in Luxor in 2022.
